How do I use my digital badge?

Your digital badge is meant to be shared! Add it to your LinkedIn profile, link to it in your digital resume, and embed it in your email signature or on your website. Your badge links straight to your credential page where your audience can learn more about it.

Claim it

After completing a program, you’ll receive an email inviting you to claim your badge. Click the link in the email, create an account with our partner company, Accredible, then claim your badge.

Share it

Use your Accredible account page to access the unique ID associated with your badges, invite specific people to view them, and easily create social posts about them.

How to add your credential to LinkedIn

Access your credential

Accredible, our partner organization, will email you a link to your digital credential within 48 hours of completing a program. Click the “View my Badge” button.

A new webpage will open and you’ll automatically be signed in to your new account on Accredible’s platform. You’ll be prompted to create a password for your account. Learn more

Retrieve your credential

Once you’ve created a password and signed in to your Accredible account, click the “Add to LinkedIn Profile” button. 

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Again, click “Add to my profile.”

Confirm your credential

Next, you’ll be automatically redirected to your LinkedIn profile, where a confirmation pop-up window will appear. Click “Save.”

That’s it! Your credential has been saved to the “Licenses and certifications” section of your LinkedIn profile. Anyone who clicks on the link will be directed to your Accredible credential profile page, where they can verify it and learn more about your achievements!

Other ways to use your credential

When you log into your Accredible account, you’ll see options to share your credential via Facebook, Twitter, as well as LinkedIn.

You can also share it using your credential’s unique URL, and embed it in your email signature or on webpages.

Credential information

There’s no exam linked to this certification; so long as you successfully complete a program from Lead Belay's Leadership Ascent Series, you’ll be eligible to receive a digital credential from Lead Belay!

How do I earn a Leadership Ascent Series digital credential?

Lead Belay provides free digital credentials to anyone who successfully completes a program in the Leadership Ascent Series.

This means actively engaging in group meetings, completing program exercises outside of the meetings, and adhering to the attendance policy.

How will I know if I’ve earned a badge?

You’ll receive an email from Lead Belay via Accredible with instructions for claiming your badge and setting up your account.
