Earn it

Claim it

After completing the program, you’ll receive an email inviting you to claim your badge at our partner Accredible’s website. Simply click the link in the email, create an account with Accredible, then claim your badge.

Share it

Now that you’ve accepted your credential, you can use your Accredible account page to access the unique ID associated with it, invite specific people to view it, and easily create social posts about it.

How to add your credential to LinkedIn

Access your credential

Accredible, our partner organization, will email you a link to your digital credential within 48 hours of completing the program. Click the “View my Badge” button.

A new webpage will open and you’ll automatically be signed in to your new account on Accredible’s platform. You’ll be prompted to create a password for your account. Learn more

Retrieve your credential

Once you’ve created a password and signed in to your Accredible account, click the “Add to LinkedIn Profile” button. 


A confirmation pop-up will appear. Again, click “Add to my profile.” Learn more

Confirm your credential

Next, you’ll be automatically redirected to your LinkedIn profile, where a confirmation pop-up window will appear. Click “Save.”

That’s it! Your credential has been saved to the “Licenses and certifications” section of your LinkedIn profile. Anyone who clicks on the link will be directed to your Accredible credential profile page, where they can verify it and learn more about your achievements!

Other ways to use your credential

When you log into your Accredible account, you’ll see options to share your credential via Facebook, Twitter, as well as LinkedIn.

You can also share it using your credential’s unique URL, and embed it in your email signature or on webpages.

Credential information

There’s no exam linked to this certification; so long as you complete the Emerging Leader Ascent and adhere to the attendance policy, you’ll be eligible to receive a digital credential from Lead Belay!

How do I earn the Emerging Leader Ascent digital credential?

Lead Belay provides free digital credentials to anyone who successfully completes the Emerging Leader Ascent.

This means actively engaging in Belay Group meetings, completing program exercises outside of the meetings, and adhering to the attendance policy.

How will I know if I’ve earned a badge?

You’ll receive an email from Lead Belay via Accredible with instructions for claiming your badge and setting up your account.
